Home Delivery Service

We are very proud of our home delivery services as your feedback tells us it is one of the reasons many customers come back to us time and again. So, when you order an item for delivery from Wingly we endeavour to:

  • Contact you on the morning of delivery to provide you with an estimated arrival time.

  • Unpack goods and remove all packaging for recycling.

  • Inspect goods for damage or faults.

  • Remove old electrical appliances and dispose of them responsibly.




How do I return an item?


You may request to drop off the item at your nearest Postnet. There is no cost associated with this. Our Customer Support team will be in touch to confirm the details.

You may select a pick-up date and the item will be collected from you. We may charge a fee for this service.



What is your returns policy?


You may return most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

What are your delivery options?


We deliver by courier to your door throughout South Africa. Orders over R500 get this free.

How do I track my order?


  • Go to My Orders and select the relevant order from your list of current and previous orders will appear.

  • You will also have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched. There is also a tracking link in this email.





How can I contact your couriers?


When we dispatch your order we will send you an email with the tracking details so that you can track the delivery progress online. If the couriers were unable to deliver on their first attempt they will phone you to arrange a suitable time.


On the day of your delivery, the courier company will notify you via sms. If there are any issues with your availability on that day, please contact them on the number provided to reschedule.  


When do you deliver?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 12h00 and 14h00 - 17h00.
